Help finding plans

I was looking at the pics. Bogstandard and Ralph posted of the Harrogate show and enjoyed all of the pics. But what really caught my eye were the boats and the locomotives. Florian posted some pics of a boiler he made that would go for a loco. And I was wondering if anyone knew where to find plans for an old steamer locomotive and a steamer mahogany type boat.
Any help would be appreciated.
