Perfect if you ever wanted some small metal gears. It includes some cutters as well. I see no reason it wouldn't work.

Or a gear drive from a small oscillator, or Tiny IC.

You'll be making your own cutters....and for what that piece is going to go for, you'll gladly make a rig to make those gears on your lathe....

I'd leave that one to the watch tool collectors....they have deep pockets.
