First Engine Build Help

wEc1.. i am a mechanic on real cars but id like to know a good first Engine build
i am looking for plans for like a 1 cylinder ic engine 2 stroke

Abec--stay away from 2 strokes for your first engine. they are very Hinky to get running. A four stroke with valves is a much more foregiving engine to build. Do a web search for "Webster" they are a great first build, and very foregiving. Also, there are many build posts on this forum dealing with them.---Brian

id rather have a 2 stroke engine but not crank scavenged
