Wanted Embossed / printed nameplate

Does anyone in UK or EU know where I can get a couple of embossed plates made for my Gardner. Either aluminium or brass. I thought of 3D printed which I can get done locally but I dont think they will be durable or how well they will stick to the aluminium sides of the base. All Ideas appreciated.
