download videos from photobucket

I am sure this has been asked before, and i have even done it before! but i cannot find it, how do i download videos to this site, from photobucket?
Is it the same as for pictures ie. copy and paste images from the little menu thing, or something completely different?
The old brain is getting a little fogged up these days!!

Do it just as you would a picture.

Copy and Paste the IMG code:

[URL=http://s111.photobucket.com/albums/n159/rake60/?action=view&current=Foos_Running.flv][IMG]http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n159/rake60/th_Foos_Running.jpg[/IMG][/URL]

The image will show in the post and it becomes a clickable link to the
video.
