Copper plating.

Does any one know if copper plating will take well to assemblies made of brass and soft solder.

The solder would need to take the plating too.

Yes. It may/probably/will (depending on who I asked) discolor over the solder.

Biggest warning about the process is that it uses some pretty powerful acids, so take every precaution.

Does copper sulfate solution stick spontaneously to brass as it does to steel??
