It is indeed an interesting radial... and a few pokes at Google revealed the author of the plans, at http://engineman.de/index_eng.html - plans for a V12 is there also, not sure if it's the same as the original post.

31GBP for the plans set for the 14 cylinder... hmm... Another one for "the list" !
