another new guy

Hi

My name is Jon. I live in western NC. I have been making big pieces of metal smaller for several years. I originally started machining with the idea that after I got a little experience, I would build model engines. Along the way, I got sidetracked restoring old small engines. After bringing a few back to life, I have decided to start on a model.

After seeing videos of the real thing and looking through "Build the Snow", that is exactly what I decided to do. It looks like I will need more tools.

I guess I have said enough for now.

Welcome Jon, from another Carolinian (Charlotte area). The Snow Tandem Engine is energetic for a first model, but I wish you luck with it and will certainly follow along if you do a build log on it.
