Today was the first of shopping trips with the wife.

She's an avid photographer, so I took her into Staples and bought her the
best Digital SLR camera they had in stock. She is one happy picture
taker this evening! I'm pretty sure the good computer will be MINE for
at least the rest of the evening.

AND.... Tomorrow we are going to another city for a shopping trip.
A city with a Harbor Freight store and one of the state's largest Sears
Tool Departments. Perhaps if I'm well behaved tonight Santa will
remember that tomorrow...

You mean to tell me Harbor Freight has made it to the central part of
"western PA" :)
(being from State College I can't call your location Western)
...lew...

Oh Yeah!

Altoona PA.
Is there a reason to go to Altoona other than Harbor Freight?!?!?!
LOL

Rick, let us know what the "haul" yields!

When my wife gets in the "daddy can get another tool" mood, I don't waste time, I go for the big stuff as quick as I can. LOL....

Well the Harbor Freight shopping was a bust!

All I really needed was a new bandsaw. My old one has a habit of breaking
blades. It's no shame for the old saw. It was made in 1988 and has more
than fulfilled it's service life.

Anyway, Harbor Freight had their 4 X 6 bandsaw on sale starting today
for $159.99 Problem was the retail store happened to out of stock.
In my experience, that seems to be a common issue with the retail stores
when it comes to sale items.

We spent the day getting much of our family shopping done.
Then we came home and I went to the local Tractor Supply Store
1/2 mile from my house, and picked this up. (I mean my Wife picked it out
for me for a Christmas present.)

I think it will do just fine.

Cool.. that one's got the good blade adjusters that some of the HF's don't..
