Tubing bender clarification

Gentlemen, Paolo brought to my attention some confusion with the tubing bender drawing. I am posting this drawing to clear up this area. I have changed the AutoCad drawing so I will send out the new one to everyone's address that I saved. If you don't get it please let me know and I will resend it to you.
