I am trying to find a circuit for a strobe that is triggered by vibration. possibly a pizio sensor. I intend to use this to ascertain the direction of the unbalance in a radial engine by driving the crank with my mill and measuring the displacement of the casing. the build of this engine is only just starting but I am trying to get things in place ahead of time
My knowledge of electronics is stone age, so help is required.
So far the best information I have found is a circuit that has a trigger input 9v max. and a sensor that has a out put of possibly 90v How to interface these components I am at a loss and even then will it work???
I feel that this idea could be beneficial to many small engine builders who struggle to get a good dynamic balance .
This is my findings so far. I think help is necessary
Brian.
