Hiya chaps

I'm calling the simple oscillator finished. It's ugly and wobbly, but it works and has served its purpose as a learning tool. I'm going to use this experience to enhance a build of Elmer's #33. Thanks for all your help!

No apologies necessary on the build quality. Everyone must start somewhere. I'm embarrassed about my early engines now, but back when I made them (7 years ago), they were the bomb!

...and occasionally exploded like a bomb :p

No apologies needed. I think we all look at out engines and see where we could have done better and wish we had done better. No worries save the better for the next project.
They may be few here that started with a masterpiece of an engine. But those are the guys that toiled for 20 to 30 years on someone elses dime before machining for themselves for fun.
