Side Cutting Roundover Mill Cutter

Is there such a thing as this tool? I would like to find something that is .25 diameter that I can use as a .25 milling cutter, but say .5 up it gets bigger and has a corner radius of .0625 to round off the top of the part.

Is something like this available, and if so where?

Sounds like you are looking for 'corner rounding end mills' they are available in a range of sizes, a quick google show draw some result

I've not seen anything like that. You would have to do the cut with a 0.25" mill and then go over it again with a corner rounding bit that Tel suggests

If it were wood you could use one of these

It is actually going to be used on plastic, do you think it would work for plastic?

They should do - you might have to experiment with speed/feed a bit tho'
