Rockwell 10 x 36 lathe

I have been looking for a metal lathe for quite some time now and I have recently come across a rockwell 10x36 lathe with quite a bit of tooling and was wondering what anybody might think about them or if they are any good.

Most American made lathes where fine when built. The question is what condition is it in. Sometime it is obvious sometimes not.
