I am looking for the missing page to the John-Tom rocking steam engine. It would seem to me page 6 of 7 is missing. [I think page 6 should be page 7.] There is no detail of the "thingy", head, on the top of the cylinder.

I rather liked this itty bitty engine, and thought it would make a good gift. But I have no idea of what is stuck on the top. I am beginning to wonder if it runs. I would be highly thankful for any help to find the prints for the part. Thanks.

The thingy on the head is just an air fitting . I think the author assumes that you are going to buy a commercial one or know how to make one. I usually thread one end or a piece of hex stock and machine about a 3/16 barb fitting on the other. If you are looking for valves there are none on this engine.

Yeah, it runs;

For the part on the end of the cylinder where the air goes in, just make a simple threaded fitting that fits your air hose, or make it integral to the engine.

Thank you for the info. I will finish the 3 in progress, and try to run them. I like the video.
