I just found some 1.2" x 2" x2" 6061 alum blocks on ebay for 99 cents each with $13 shipping for as many as you want http://cgi.ebay.com/Aluminum-blocks...199?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item483c7ca9c7 Seems to be a perfect size for small A to Z type QR tool holders. I picked up a dozen, the seller has over 400 that had holes drilled in the wrong place. I'm not associated with the seller, just thought I'd pass the info along.
