G'Day All,
Just a few pics showing the progress of the Bonza hit & miss to date.
Flywheels have been machined from Ø170 BMS without the hubs. The hubs were turned & fitted as separate parts. This was done to avoid mountains of swarf. Body was cut from 12mm Al. plate. All surface finishes at this time are as machined, no polishing etc yet.
Regards,
Don.

Don, nice job on the flywheels. They look very good. That is an interesting cam and governor setup. I've not seen this design before.

Please keep us up to date with your progress.

Regards,

Chuck

Smart move on the hubs, not all work has to be subtractive, many times additive can function just as well.
