I also have some pics of the Upshur engine I started on. Not fast but it will happen ;D
Hope MB won't look in ;) the problem is the head but it will get there. Since the pic was taken I have finished the sides, the crank, head, valves and con rod ::) who knows might have another pic :eek:

When it becomes a job it's no longer enjoyable. As with any hobby it's supposed to be a reprieve from the everyday. Take your time, enjoy what you're doing and it will keep you coming back.

There's a lot of us slow pokes on here. I've been working on my Upshur for maybe a year now.

MB is superhuman when he's in the zone, to be sure. I'm guessing he's not as relaxed as I am when I'm out in the ol' shop. *beer* Also, it looks to me like he's about out of wall space to display his engines whereas I have plenty of room. :)
