HELP G8689 adding 3 AXIS DRO

I hope I am in the correct place this group is the only I could find that uses the smaller mills offered to the public. I have a G8689 and I ordered a T10895 for it. It is a 3 axis DRO yet when I received it there were no and I mean NO mounting instructions or any thing. I have some what figured it out but information from people that have mounted some would be great. The pickup is tagged as MR500A-T40.
Any help would be great.
