I've been sneaking in here and enjoying the beautiful projects and great information for some time now. Thought it was about time to join in and introduce myself.
I've been interested in all things mechanical since I was very young. Love steam and vintage gas engines. This a great hobby to keep my hands and thinker busy. I recently restored a horizontal double wobbler my dad built back in his high school shop days. Mostly a clean up and rust removal project.
My goal is to cast and build my own steam engine. I'll be paying attention and learning. Plenty of talent and knowledge here. Hopefully I can pass some of mine along as well. Thanks for letting me join in.
