These guys have some good quality new Rohm drill chucks on their ebay listing, at very good prices. Most of them are smaller sizes, but there are a few larger ones.
I'm not connected to them in any way. Just bought a couple of chucks from them at a very reasonable cost. They were new as advertised, and shipped fast.
