Guys here are the changes to be made.
Please take note.
If you have more let me know soon one we start cutting metal I do not want to make changes that could get messy.
1) Columns 3/16 stock 4-40 internal threads.
2) Base change 4 holes marked 3-48 to 1/8 countersunk bottom side (clearance for 4-40)
Also base to be made from available metric stock since giles is over the pond.
3) Cylinder support change 7/64 holes to 1/8 (Clearance for 4-40)
4) Crank disk change thread for crank screw to 4-40
5) Crank screw change thread to 4-40 make from steel hex stock (12L14) would be good.
6) Not on print make stud for reversing valve 4-40 thread
7) bearing block change threaded hole for reverse valve stud to 4-40
8) reversing valve change center hole to tight clearance for 4-40
