After my success with the ball governor on "Red" I went looking for another project. I had built an Eagle engine two years ago and it was reliable and ran fine but at about 1300 rpms. I decided to see just how slow I could get it to run with a new governor and larger flywheels.
A few pictures first.
The original flywheels were 3 1/2" in diameter.
The new are 5" and weigh only 6oz more.
