carb and valve springs??

Does anyone know if there are any drawings or sketches for a carb for the Hoglet? Also, there is not any info on the plans for the valve springs other than wire size, can anyone tell me how many rings I should have on each spring? This may sound like a stupid question but this is the first serious attempt at building a running engine for me.
