on this forum including 1 or 2 guys that never post. Also I dont see a Members list. Are thes features available on the new format?

The member list link is available at the very bottom right of this page where you are reading this and many other pages.
By finding the member you wish to contact there you can bring up there profile and there is an option in it to send them a PM.
