Hi folks
The Bridgeport vertical mill I get to do some of my foreigners on has a problem with the RH longitudinal feed handle. One gives it a small twist to make it engage - sometimes it does, mostly it doesn't, and if the gib is at all tight it definitely doesn't. The one at the LH end of the table is fine, but I'm wary of getting my left arm lengthened - a cosmetic enhancement not covered on the NHS I think, and anyway it might enable me to reach my wallet in my LH pocket.
It feels like a worn dog clutch. If anyone can point me to the right exploded diagram or give me some idea of the way in (or just as important, *not* the way in) I would appreciate it. Even what most people call this assembly would be helpful, as I am not getting very far with google.
Thanks
Mark
