BAZMAK-A very,very useful Vise for the benchmill

I have the material on the bench to make a vise of this style, but now that
I have seen your latest model, Baz, I'm going to shamelessly make one just
like yours! I love it. It addresses all the issues I've been working through
trying to figure out the details.

May I copy (sort of) your design?

I would be very pleased.Thats what its all about
If you look at Bazmak diary of a V block I made 2 x 45o plates from 6mm thk
to locate in the centre T slot.Found these very useful for chamfering
long pieces.IE the ram on the shaper.I have just purchased an adjustable
vernier angle V block should also serve the same purpose.Will post a photo when it arrives
 
I don't want to try to teach people how to suck eggs, but by looking at commercial split vices you can get an idea of how they achieved the anti lift jaws.
