Hi!

I know, this sounds stupid ..
I was looking for replacement belts for my small manual belt sander. And while I was looking at the most odd places, I stumbled over that box. And in it found two of these engines complete and assembled. Absolutely forgot about them.

This is a small compressed air 3 cylinder engine. It runs, if you blow into the tube, you don't need an compressor for it.

The prop was freehand sanded on a belt sander. I took an old plan of one of those CO2-bottle engines and changed it a bit.

All is a bit dusty, right?

Is this something that you made from plans? If so any idea where one would get them? Looks like fun little project.

I made it from plans. My sketches (that I even won't try to find, they are certainly gone).
The inspiration was from "Model Craftsman Magazine" 1933. A reprint by Lindsay.
As the drawings were imperial, I took them as a metric inspiration. The original looked a bit flimsy.
