speedy metals got a 12" piece of 3/16 brass hex for $1.06

online metals doesn't carry 3/16 I don't think.

Rats. For some reason my post didn't come thru.
SpeedyMetals has it. Is usually (much) cheaper than OnlineMetals.
Both seem to be good companies but I don't have that much experience...they're the only two I've dealt with so far.
