HI

I found my cam and I'd thought id share some pics of what i have so far.
It is going to be a two stroke glow based roughly on the Schroeder 09.
The only difference will be the size of the crank case due to available
stock i have on hand.

Here is the whole assembly i have so far..

i have no mill at the moment :( and hand filed it...

Well that it for now , i still have to put in the cooling fins and drill the cylinder for the exhaust ports on those parts.

When i move the piston up and down with my finger in the glow hole or
on the top of the cylinder it makes a little suction. Or when i blow air
though the top none comes out until the piston uncovers the transfer
port. Does this seem like a good enough fit?

Sorry for the pic qual. and i hope they arent too big....
Chris

No need to apologize for not having a mill.

There is absolutely nothing wrong making parts by hand.

Keep up the good work. I am looking forward to seeing your next posts.

Regards,

SAM
