Hi All!
I was fly cutting some Alu down to 1/4" thickness and have found a problem with my mill.
One side was much thicker than the other.
So i stripped the mill again to verify everything and found this:
When i have the vertical column squared on one side, the other side of the column is off.
This leads me to believe that the X Table is not square to the column.
When the square is showing no light against the left side of the column i get a gap of +- 0.020 at the bottom of the column on the right side. ???
Is there a way to square up the table to the column on this mill?
I know there should be, i just don't have a clue... scratch.gif
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
The project is at a standstill.... :'(
