Has anyone in HMEM land built this engine?

I'd like to get this one, but I am unsure if my lathe (10x18) and Mill (SX3) are large enough for the large centre section casting.

Anyone out there got this one?

HMM 7" fly wheel should be OK . total height of engine 19" center to center on lathe 18 " It may be a bit tight boring the cross head.
You can always give PMR a call. pretty much a family business a couple families I think. Has been a while since I have called them but have always gotten clear answers. Bigger engine than I have ventured to build.
