Nomination for July POM

I know the nominations have not been opened yet, but having never nominated a project and knowing how quickly the 3 can be picked, I would like to nominate (or pre-nominate) Dean's Duplex Vacuum engine for the July POM. This was a fine buikld thread, wonderfully detailed, and a unique engine, very deserving of consideration.
