I have a 4 jaw chuck and faceplate that I bought with my Cummings mini lathe. The lathe is gone, but I still have the chuck and plate. I used the chuck probably a dozen times. The faceplace has never been used and the tailstock chuck (1/2") came from somewhere, but is usable. $60 for the 4-jaw, $15 for the face plate and $15 for the tailstock chuck.
