mem password help

can anyone here help with a login problem over at mem? I have forgotten my password. for a long time, my work pc remembered the password but I couldn't login at home.

the "forgot password" link isn't helping and the contact form isn't helping. at work I could see my profile and the email address there is good. a pm to jo sounded like help was imminent, but that didn't come through either.

finally yesterday, my work pc lost the password, so I am completely out now.

Hi Calvin,

Check your work Email.

You need to try logging with the new password I sent you on one of your computers: Then on that computer change the password to something you will remember then when you try to log on, on the other computer, you will have to enter your chosen new password onto that computer as well.
