Does anybody use dividing plates on there rotary table?
How accurate are they (depends on the quality of course) Im looking at this set from Chronos http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DP1-DIVID...780?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item45fea38d1c
The reason I'm looking at these, is to simply speed things up... i spend to long working out measurements and calculations than actually milling..
Cranking the handle round x amount of turns and mins on the rotary table is ok, but sometimes i loose count or I'm not sure i counted correctly..
The only draw back i can see is that the minimum positions on plate A is 15.. One of my parts i often mill has 16 postions..
Any advice greatly appreciated..
Thanks
