That's some good information Ralph!

Where I work we use a lot of Iscar tooling and inserts.
While they don't have much use in a home shop, their principal of cutting
geometry can be mimicked in a hand ground tool to a point.
They have a video area on their web site that shows some of their
new innovations in action. Watching the videos can give you new ideas
of different way to grind or use tooling.
