I'm in the middle of sprucing up one of my boilers, a Stuart 504 adaptation.
How do I go about making a new chimney? I have a sheet of tin with a brick pattern stamped into it. I'd guess it's around twenty six gauge. Where should I head? Needs to be right 1-1/8" in diameter and twelve inches in length.
Thank you for the listen and help.

Can you supply a photo of the metal you have? Also what base is the chimney set? Please decribe further.

Thank you for the input. Picture of material as follows.

Seems to me that you need a blank to roll it on. It could be wood or whatever mostly solid material. As long as it meets the size requirements then you should be OK. Does the chimney fit into a predrilled slot or will you have to fasten the base using other means?
