Hi there. I'm new to HMEM so here goes with a design question.
Does anyone know the secret to getting small, homemade ceramic tile burners to work correctly in confined spaces.
I have made several burners but the flame in only two of them actually sits back on the ceramic which enables it to glow red as it should.
The others work but with just blue flames and no matter how I adjust the position of the jet in the air tube I cannot get them to work as they should.
Because of the layout of the boiler/engine design the jet assembly is unable to be close to the burner.
:wall:
It seems to be a bit of a black art to get it right so does anyone have any design experience and have some hard and fast rules.

Regards to all
