Adjusting backlash, Aciera F3

How do I do, adjusting the spindlenut backlash in the Y-direction on a AcieraF3 mill?

If you are speaking about the spindle end-play, I can tell you what Aciera says to do for an F1, if that helps. It is quite involved.
