Richontools now do a 24mm 4 flute endmill with a 20mm shank, making it ideal if you use maxed out er32 collet's.

If you stump up the extra for a can of WD40 with a 'smartstraw' cap, when its empty the cap can be removed with a twisting pulling motion and reused on the std versions. You must push it on firmly as it leaks if you are gentle ;D
