    SCOTT VACCUM ENGINE PLANS

I was browsing You-Tube and found a few video clips of a larger vaccum engine called the Scott Vaccum Engine. I then tried Googling the engine and the best information I could find is that there are plans available for this engine. I was wondering if someone could please direct me to the source...

    ET Westbury Side Paddle Engine

I was wondering if someone would please direct me to the location on this site where these plans are available for download. I managed to find the thread which had the link but they did not produce anything. I was wondering if they have been saved elsewhere or if someone else has saved them...

    Tiny I.C. Engine

I love your version of the Tiny!!!! I am particularily fond of the cylinder and head as I have been toying with the idea of an air-cooled version. I was wondering if you made the cylinder out of aluminum with a cast iron sleeve or solid cast iron?

    Rudy Kouhoupt's Stirling Tractor

I work with a guy who has all of the HSM issues except for the first year. I am able to get the plans for you for only the cost of shipping. PM and let me know. Thanks...Greg

Where did you find the plans for this engine?

    Tiny I.C. Engine

Dang Gail, you beat me to the punch!!!! I have redrawn the cylinder for an air cooled version as well, however, the design is slightly different than what you have. It appears more like the version Hamilton Upshur used on his 3/4" bore model. I am curios to see what you actually come up with as...

    Tiny I.C. Engine

This engine is ideal for those of us that like to work small but I am sure it will hit the hearts of all. I have downloaded the posted drawings so far and I am guessing there are more on the way, right? 8) Can't wait!!!!!!

    My Zero Six

Thanks Jasonb. I was going to redraw them in CAD, however, the PDF would be fine. A PM was sent. Thank you. Greg

    My Zero Six

I have to admit, I started on one of these and wound up giving up on the project. I encountered many errors in the plans published in the magazine. One of them was the 2-56 hole locations for the pushrod guide in the side frame. It was off by almost 3/4" by print specs. I didn't feel like...

PMR 1880'S HORIZONTAL MILL ENGINE KIT

bearcar1, I did mean the "top hat" style bushing versus a seperate block. I am sorry if there was confusion in my explanation. I do not expect to use the engine for anything but display purposes and the occasional run at shows etc... In fact, I will only operate on low pressure compressed air...

PMR 1880'S HORIZONTAL MILL ENGINE KIT

Thanks guys !!! I have made the decision to go with bronze bushings. This, however, leads me to another question. The bearing caps are drawn with a .030 step in them for alignment purposes to the bearing blocks. The step is .500 wide which is what I need to increase the journal diameter to allow...

PMR 1880'S HORIZONTAL MILL ENGINE KIT

I just purchased a casting kit from PMR for their 1880 horizontal mill engine. The castings are top notch and the kit is very complete. I have been studying the drawings and have come upon a situation I found unique to the PMR kits. I was suprised to find that the crank actually runs in the iron...
