Hi Folks,
Any of you guys and galls havever heard of a Martin Germany micrometer.I just bought that micrometer at a yard sale for the price of $7.00 ( no loose on scew thread and I will check if it repeat ) If you have any hint and or information it will be appreciated.

Never heard of them. It looks like you have exposed threads on the spindle as such it strikes me as a cheap rendition of a Micrometer.
 
Back in the 70's I took a few gap years from Uni and worked in the physics lab at a nearby private high school/college - that looks like the mics that were used by the students when doing proofs/experiments relating to Young's Modulus, they were purchased in bulk from a local company that specialised in physics apparatus for schools and universities.
