Interestingly, I see no mention of the reamer guides so far. I use adj reamers regularly, up to 2" dia, and never use them without the pilot guides. I find them easy to use and great for sneaking up to an odd size. Some of my reamers (about 30) have been rebladed, I don't bother resharpening...

Nick, I buy all my cast from flocast, Newlands Rd, Coburg, good quality prices ok, google their website for good info. 78mm round bar cylinder grade 850mm long cost about $70 a week or so ago. Great to machine. VFS should be able to freight it to you. Dave
