The link did not come through. But I found this one:

$329
I thinks it is a tiny cnc router that would be useful for working on PCBs and engraving signs out of plastic and metal.
The machine frame is made of plastic(PVC) not very rigid some of these are made of mdf (sawdust/paper fiber board) also not rigid.
KIt so needs to be assembled.= time
No mention to motor torque. nema 17 motors are small. but so is this machine.
you will need:
a spindle like a DeWalt trim router $80
Power supply to run the motors. probably $ 30- $50
a control board $40 - $300
software:
EMC2 free
Mach 3 $175
Probably another $100 for miscellaneous stuff like boxes housings hardware wire terminal blocks, strain reliefs standoffs etc etc.
If you are real careful you may be able to get it together for another couple hundred bucks plus tooling.
Probably not very usefull for making model engine parts.
