its a guide to common steels and what applications it is used in ( and where you can source these grades)

Thanks for the chart. I've seen similar data but it wasn't 1/4 as much data as this one - more stuff for the hard drive to store :big:.

Great stuff,Jack!Now scroung......errrr,recycling aware people know where to get cheap materials.
And happy Oz day.Been stinking hot here in nz for the last 2 or 3 weeks,but a bit of welcome rain today.
 
Nice list Jack - got it saved off ready to print for the workshop folder
