Picked these up and am in the process of cleaning them up a bit. Both Delta. The first is a 14" drill press while the second is a 24" scroll saw with a variable speed drive which I plan on using as a light die filer. Have less than $200 total in both of them together.

Nice fine. Ive purchased two new chinese drill presses, about 25 years apart, and im willing to bet that that used drill press is better than both of those. Sadly one of those drill presses a paid a lot more for.
