Hello all,

I'm Gerry, the guy that posted the Gerry's beam engine design way back when.
I also get involved in making HO scale models of Civil war era locomotives. I have a friend who produces historically accurate brass models of these locomotives in short runs for those involved in the hobby.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but here goes:
Dave Hoffman, the locomotive builder is not on the net. He does everthing by phone or snail mail. He has numerous sources for lost wax castings and does a lot of prototyping and pattern making.
Dave is looking for somebody or group of somebodies to help him with machining brass driver castings in lots of about 100 Pieces. He is willing to pay for this since he will be selling the finished locomotives. His parts are about .750" OD and he will furnish drawings.

If anybody is interested in helping a guy in a parallel hobby, please contact me & I can put you in touch with Dave. My e-mail is [email protected]

Thanks,
Beam engine Gerry
