This is a Dumore Toolpost Grinder, it takes 2" max wheels 22,000 rpm max speed. Model 14-011. It comes with the mount, 2 wheels, metal box. You should make or purchase a diamond dresser, greatly improves the surface finish. I've used it on a Myford 7, SB 9, 16. Works great. first $200. PP or check, from members only

Does this have or are internal arbors available?

This does not have the internal arbor. Then do come up on ebay from time to time. I've seen two kinds a collet type and a threaded shaft for a wheel. Both types screw onto the spindle 1/4 x 28 thread.
