1-inch tall x 5/8" wide, but I can vary that to accommodate an available stock. Would like the tapered flange and squared edges you see in the Bethlehem Steel logo image.

What length? Straightness tolerance? How many?
If you insist on tapered flanges it will be more expensive than straight flanges. Tapered flanges would require a minimum off 3 passes per side or a specially ground cutter.

You can get a tapered end mill to cut it. I would plow down the center with a straight end mill then come back with the taper and take off just enough to get the angle and thickness of web. Then repeat it again on the other side. Just how much do you really need?
